Steph Fonteyn
Steph Fonteyn is an arts-based team-building facilitator, live-art keynote speaker, and founder of the Collaborative Art® method.
Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, creativity, and embodied experience. Drawing on a background spanning the British Army, HR, communications, and over two decades as a professional artist, Steph designs spaces where leaders and teams move beyond habitual thinking and into lived insight.
A core thread of her work is the power of curiosity, inviting people to experiment, even when they don’t yet fully believe in the process. Through collaborative art-making and facilitated dialogue, participants often find themselves doing things they didn’t think they could do, individually and collectively. These moments of surprise mark a powerful shift, where doubt and disbelief give way to new possibilities.
The artworks created during these experiences become both a visual anchor and a shared reference point, making intangible insights visible, memorable, and actionable. Combined with reflection and facilitated debriefs, this approach strengthens emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and communication, helping teams translate experience into clarity, alignment, and meaningful action.
Steph has delivered her work internationally across corporate, humanitarian, and academic contexts and is a two-time TEDx speaker. Her work shows that when creativity and inner work are experienced rather than explained, they become catalysts for sustainable change.
Helen von Dadelszen
Helen von Dadelszen is a seasoned speaker, vocal coach, and performer with a mission to help brilliant professionals confidently find and use their voices. With a background in theatre and improvisation, Helen brings energy, playfulness, and spontaneity to her work, qualities that help others feel brave, connected, and fully present.
An award-winning speaker who’s always felt at home on the stage, she knows firsthand the power of performance to shift perspectives and spark change. Her book, Courageous Action, captures this spirit, offering practical inspiration for stepping up and speaking out through managing nerves and learning how to speak with confidence.
As a Collaborative Art® facilitator, Helen supports professionals to speak with confidence, connect as a team, and deliver messages that are powerful, persuasive, and authentic.
Leonilda Renaldo
Leonilda Renaldo is a certified Emotional Intelligence coach, award-winning speaker, and founder of LeoDynamics. With 20 years of experience across Europe and the Americas, she helps leaders communicate with assertiveness, empathy, and impact.
By blending coaching, personal development, and public speaking, she helps build confidence and presence, particularly for global professionals who speak English. Known for her warmth and cultural fluency, Leonilda creates brave spaces where authenticity drives growth.
Steve Morrall
Steve Morrall is a lifelong creative entrepreneur with a rich background in arts and music. Starting as a graphic designer in the 80s, he grew his one-man studio into a successful business serving clients like the European Parliament and Historic Royal Palaces.
In 2004, Steve pursued his passion for Argentine tango by founding Tango UK, teaching and organizing dance events across the UK and Europe. Known for his deep understanding of Argentine music, Steve says, “I need to be creative.” Even during lockdown, he turned to woodworking to fulfill his creative needs.
Steve’s main passion is Argentine tango, a dance he describes as a creative collaboration in a walking embrace. His blend of artistic expertise and love for music makes him an exceptional Musicality Facilitator at Collaborative Art® Team Building.
Mandy Bronsil
Mandy Bronsil a plus de 15 ans de sagesse en matière d'ateliers et, avec une formation en développement de carrière, elle est passée maître dans l'art d'aider les professionnels à trouver ce qu'il y a de mieux en eux.
La grande compétence de Mandy est de détecter les forces individuelles, de voir comment elles s'intègrent et d'aboutir à un résultat bien plus important que la somme de ces parties. Elle n'aime pas les titres ou les gestes grandioses, mais plutôt la sagesse tranquille dans la danse complexe de la dynamique d'équipe.
En tant que membre de notre équipe Collaborative Art®, elle tisse doucement sa magie dans chaque atelier et événement, permettant aux participants d'acquérir de nouvelles connaissances sur eux-mêmes et de devenir les héros de la journée.
Uli Van Neyghem
Uli Van Neyghem est le co-fondateur de Collaborative Art®. En plus de sa carrière artistique, elle est également une experte chevronnée de la vente et du marketing, convaincue que la créativité va de pair avec la collaboration.
En tant qu'artiste, Uli se concentre sur la recherche de l'équilibre intérieur, de la sérénité et de la simplicité infusés dans ses mélanges créatifs.
Uli est comme la fée marraine du Collaborative Art®. Elle continue de soutenir notre travail en tant que guide et mentor, et son empreinte créative est encore visible dans plusieurs de nos événements.
