Challenging Business Professionals With Creative Team Building Activities

Collaborative Art creates team-building workshops that help unite your people in achieving a common goal through the medium of art. It’s an original way of taking business professionals out of their comfort zone and encouraging them to create, collaborate, take risks, experiment and to participate in a relaxed environment.

Our team building workshops include drawing, photography, collage, art installation and painting. Through collaborative art, your team will be able to communicate shared visions, stories and experiences that connect to your business theme. It’s these connections that will help them to enhance skills such as agility, trust and thinking outside of the box through the art-making process.

The feeling of accomplishment from working as a group to complete one of our workshops will develop a sense of belonging and team spirit. Every team workshop is tailor-made to address your unique objectives and acts as a powerful reminder of your team’s message, creating a buzz in the corridors long after the event.

How do we begin?

You will start with a blank canvas, and your team will be guided through different phases of the creative process, such as brainstorming, design and prototyping, using art as a platform to create meaningful shared visions.

The secret of achievement is to hold a picture of a successful outcome in mind.

The final masterpiece contains symbols that participants design themselves. The purpose of the exercise is to work together to transform a shared vision into a work of art. The process stretches the teams as they need to collaborate in an unfamiliar domain to achieve arts-based projects that symbolize themes important to them such as :

What’s inside us as leaders?

How do we improve the lives of our customers?

Where do we want to be tomorrow and how will we get there? or

“What are our strengths?”

The masterpieces are painted by the participants themselves using a variety of different art styles, such as Pop Art or Street Art, Abstract Expressionism, Surrealism, Art Installation, Cubism and Land Art.

Our corporate team building art workshops are suitable for 10 participants or more, although we have designed workshops for up to 150 people and are ready to take on new challenges if your group size is even bigger.

Weather dependent, we can facilitate indoors or outdoor workshops, anywhere in the world in as little time as 2.5 hours.

Team building - shared vision - key factors for organic growth

Shared Visions

Co-create a meaningful shared vision from scratch using art to tell unique stories with impact for the future, your organizational values, strategies or objectives. It’s about seeing things from an artistic perspective.
This is about engaging people around a shared vision, a useful tool during change initiatives when you’re looking to organize an event that marks the shift from the old way of doing things to the new.

The first step towards creating an improved future is developing the ability to envision it

The Face of your Organization

Design and create the face of your organization to celebrate diversity and strengths while at the same time developing a sense of belonging and team pride. Encourage metaphorical thinking to create art that tells inspiring stories about your business.
You’ll start to see things in a way you hadn’t imagined before.
And who knows where that could lead?
